WinFast HPVC1111 is a high performance high-definition (HD) video processing card with PCI-E*4 slot. It is based on Toshiba’s SpursEngine SE1000 stream processor and has 4 SpursEngine inside on Board. The SE1000 integrates four Cell Engines (same as the ones used in Sony’s PS3), a full-HD MPEG-2 encoder and decoder, a full-HD H.264 (also known as MPEG-4 AVC) encoder and decoder, and have 16 Synergistic processor elements (SPEs) on one board.

HPVC1111 has high performance floating point computation capability with an original instruction set architecture, for optimized processing of multiple media applications. It has 4 Quad core(16 SPEs) and 4 Full-HD video codec (MPEG-2/H.264 Encoder/Decoder in real time).

Based on SpursEngine’s powerful parallel coding capabilities provided by SDK under Microsoft Windows and Linux OS, users are able to extend its core application from basic visual effects to advanced system development in many professional fields.
